After your order has been successfully received by us, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. In this confirmation you will find the amount to be transferred and our bank details. Please specify your order number as the intended purpose, so that the payment of the purchase order can be assigned.

As soon as your payment has been assigned to your order, it goes into the manufacturing process.

PayPal

To pay with PayPal, you need a free account with PayPal. PayPal offers various payment options and insures orders up to 500 €. If you want to pay your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal and will be asked to log in with your account or register again. Now you only have to choose the desired payment method (PayPal credit, debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. We will then receive a confirmation from PayPal and send your order according to availability.

Shipping

Your package will be shipped securely by DHL. As soon as our shipping service has your order, you will receive a shipment number. We try to process every order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary.

Generally, we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

Shipping to these countries is free of charge. Please note, however, that customs charges may be incurred for deliveries outside the EU.

Waiting Period

Because our products are made by hand in limited editions, it may take up to 8 weeks for your von rauten item to be delivered, if the model you like is currently out of stock. When ordering, we will inform you about the current state.
